Novaria Chemicals is a leading distributor of chemicals and plastics in Italy. Founded in 1963 as a sole distributor of ICI, it has become the representative of several well known worldwide operating companies.
Giulio Gross, founded in 1953, distributes Chemical Specialties for the various segments of Food Industry (Savoury, Soft Drinks, Sweet, Health), but historically also in the Ceramics Industry.
ChemVerga was established in 1970 as a natural development of the Mario Verga company, which had been operating since 1932 as agent for primary chemical producers.
Tradex Colori founded in 1946, is now recognized a leader in the distribution in Italy of resins, fibres and additives for the various segments of GRP (glass reinforced plastics). In 1996 it was acquired by Groupe Arnaud and transferred to Azelis Italia in 2005.
