Azelis is a leading European distributor of specialty chemicals, polymers and related services. The Azelis Group currently operates in 22 European countries and has an office in Shanghai. The group comprises 32 member companies with shared common goals to provide a market-focused, technically and commercially excellent service to meet, and where possible exceed, customers’ and principals’ expectations.
The success of Azelis has been built on a targeted strategy to acquire entrepreneurial specialist chemicals distribution companies and to integrate them into the existing network. With our geographical coverage now almost complete, emphasis will shift to the organic growth of the group through the continued development of synergies. We will also continue to make selected acquisitions to support our focus on seven industry sectors: Coatings, Food & Health, Pharma, Plastics, Composites, Chemical Industries, Animal Nutrition, Cosmetics and Rubber.
The centralised coordination of IT, SHEQ and logistics ensures we achieve efficient and cost effective provision of ‘back room’ functions. This enables us to consistently apply the highest standards throughout the entire Azelis Group.
