Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals
EU REACH is one of the strongest regulatory changes ever to hit the chemical industry. The EU Parliament and Commission have adopted the REACH regulations entered into force from 1st June 2007. A progressively more demanding implementation programme will then commence.
Pre-registration activities have involved more than 10,000 substances, marketed in the EU by Azelis
We're now moving to the next phase and Azelis, through the relevant industry associations, continues to play a constructive role in the implementation of REACH. This active involvement combined with solid management of our own Azelis REACH scenario will ensure the way is clear for full compliance.
As "Distributor of Knowledge" Azelis will continue to offer a number of services to help companies comply with REACH among the others acting as Only Representative on behalf of non-EU companies and consulting services such as our REACH Advisor Service.
