Michel Dubois

Group Vice President Business Development (Emerging Markets)

Michel Dubois holds an MBA in Marketing from Amiens University. In his role as Group Vice President Business Development, he acts as the primary contact for new principals and suppliers, leading in the development of new business opportunities. He is responsible for driving excellence in the performance of various Group Business Areas and developing business synergies across the company.


Neil Berry

Group Vice President Life Sciences 

A graduate in Chemistry and Management, Neil began his career as an applications chemist at Beechams (now GSK) where he was responsible for the development of oral hygiene and hair care brands. In 1988 he moved into a technical sales role at S Black Ltd becoming Managing Director in 1991. Neil led the growth of S Black in the UK and Germany until the acquisition by Azelis in 2007. Since then he has been International Business Director for Personal Care and latterly also took responsibility to support the growth of our Pharmaceuticals business.  He now has overall responsibility for the Azelis Life Science business.


Benoit Fritz

Group Vice President Industrial & Chemicals

Benoit Fritz earned a Diplome d'etudes approfondies (DEA) and a License/Maîtrise in organic and bio-organic chemistry from P&M CURIE, Paris VI University. In June 1997, he also conducted a DEA research at Ecole Normale Superieure Paris. He began his career at Safic-Alcan as a technical sales representative and then as an ethylene elastomers champion in France, Spain and Portugal. He worked at DuPont-Dow Elastomers and later at Dow Wire & Cable as Market Manager for EMEA and then as Commercial Director responsible for the Sales organisation in EMEA and India. Benoit joined Azelis as Principal Development Director in 2010 and moved into the role of Group vice President Industrial in April 2013, retaining responsibility for the Chemical Industries business area.


Michel Dumusois

International Business Director, Coatings and Rubber & Plastic Additives

Michel Dumusois began his career with Arnaud, as product manager for the coatings industry in France in 1984. In 1987, he went to Thomson Consumer Electronics as an area sales manager in charge of distributors in Europe and then worked in the building sector, before returning to Arnaud in 1997. He has been International Business Director for Coatings since 2009, leading a business unit of 120 people with 3,300 customers in Europe. He took on the role of International Business Director for Rubber in 2010 and Plastic Additives in 2012.


David Gray

International Business Director, Food & Health and Animal Nutrition

Following an initial career as an expert Ingredient Technologist, David Gray now has over 30 years sales and marketing experience in the Food industry. He fulfilled a number of roles in product analysis and development for large food manufacturers, before founding Food Ingredient Technology (FIT) in 1987 which he successfully built into a leading food processing and formulations business.

David joined Azelis following the acquisition of S&D and took on the role of International Business Director for the Food & Health and Animal Nutrition business in 2011.


Andrew Raybould

International Business Director, Personal Care

Andrew is a Chemistry Graduate and joined S. Black Ltd in the UK in 1984 and fulfilled a number of roles finishing as Technical and Marketing Director when S. Black was acquired by the Azelis Group in 2007. Having been the Regional Business Manager for the Personal Care market in the UK and Ireland within Azelis, Andrew assumed the role of International Business Director for Personal Care in January 2012.

This role is focussed on business growth throughout Europe working closely with the Azelis Regional Business Managers, Principals and Customers.
