  • Phosphates

    Emulsifiers, buffers and sequestrants that help hold water in meat and fish products, prevent the discolouration of sausages, aid mixing of fats and speed penetration of the brine in curing.

  • Preservatives

    Including cultured wheat starch, lactic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium lactate and rosemary extracts

  • Processing agents and additives

    Including anti-caking agents, anti-foaming agents, humectants, soya lecithin pectins and waxes.

  • Proteins

  • Salt

    Extensive range of basic and specialty salts for curing, preservation, and special application for example low in sodium

    Scansmoke® liquid smoke and Scangold® as browning agent in order to achieve best grill flavorings and smoke related aroma

    Including brown rice syrup, acesulfame-K, aspartame, cyclamates, honey products, isomalt SE, lactose, maple syrup, modified starches, neohesperidin DC, palatinose SW, polydextrose, saccharin , sucralose, sweetener blends and thaumatin
