Ethical Business Behaviour
Our Code of Conduct as ethical cornerstone
Great companies are judged by what they do, not by what they say. We are very proud that Azelis is respected as a company that not only delivers on our commitments to principals, customers and shareholders, but also adheres to the high ethical standards in the conduct of our business.
The reputation of Azelis and the trust and confidence of our current and future customers, employees, principals and other stakeholders are crucial to the continued success of our business.
Our Code of Conduct reflects who we are and how we work. It is based on our beliefs and values, and encompasses our commitment to honesty, integrity, mutual respect and an open and diverse corporate culture. It furthermore provides ethical guidance in key areas of Azelis’ operations and supports our endeavour to create a constructive and efficient working environment where people feel confident in raising concerns and seeking advice.
This Code of Conduct truly embodies “the way we act at Azelis”.
Reporting a misconduct or concern
In the event you have knowledge of an established or suspected serious misconduct under or breach of our Code of Conduct, you are invited to address your concern to your normal contact within Azelis or alternatively to Azelis’ Integrity Officers below:
In addition - and as a last resort – we have established the Azelis SpeakUp! Line: it is operated by a third-party and allows you to anonymously report a misconduct, although we prefer that you provide full contact details to accommodate a possible investigation and increase the efficiency in communication.
You can use the SpeakUp! Line if you feel that all other channels are not suited or appropriate. Your report will be treated confidentially and information will only be shared on a strict need-to-know basis.

Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. This statement sets out the steps that the Azelis Group has taken during the previous financial year to prevent slavery and human trafficking from taking place within our business and supply chains.
