Today, Azelis announces that Coatex and Azelis has recently signed an exclusive three year agreement to supply Rheosolve™ products, a range of speciality rheology modifiers, suspension aids and dispersants in Benelux, Bulgaria, Nordic, Germany, Romania, Switzerland and the UK, covering Homecare, Institutional and Industrial applications (Homecare, I and I). Additionally Azelis can now offer these innovative products in Russia on behalf of Coatex, on a non-exclusive basis.
Coatex has a leading position in the manufacture of specialty additives, dispersants and thickeners that meet today’s homecare, industrial and institutional requirements. The Rheosolve™ range includes specific polymers that impart performance solutions such as: compatibility in alkaline or acidic formulations; excellent dispersing power and suspension properties; and help to avoid strong, unwanted deposits.
“We are delighted to bolster and extend our partnership with Azelis for a further 3 years within the Homecare I and I sector in Benelux, Bulgaria, Nordic, Germany, Romania, Switzerland, UK and Russia. We already work well together and are certain that our shared vision to drive business by offering strong products, coupled with excellent service will give customers a competitive advantage” says Michal Citta, Coatex General Manager Sales & Marketing Europe, Middle East, Africa.
Marnik Tack, International Marketing Manager Homecare and Industrial Cleaning (H&IC), Azelis adds, “Azelis has created a new business area within H&IC to provide extra focus and attention within this important and growing sector. Coatex’ technically superior products will be a strong addition to our portfolio and will enable our customers to develop high performance products.”
Benoit Fritz, Azelis Group VP Industrial, concludes,” We are very pleased by Coatex’ decision to reinforce its partnership with the H&IC division of Azelis in Europe. The newly formed team has the energy and enthusiasm to keep developing value added offering and services to our customers for the mutual benefit of all concerned.”
Azelis plans to further support these products by offering prototype formulations and laboratory support, inviting customers for product training days and lab visits.
