In line with the Azelis Group’s goal to strengthen its position in the Netherlands and Benelux, the operating company in Belgium, Azelis Benelux, has acquired Interland Chemie B.V., based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands.
Interland, with total sales of more than €50 million in 2007, is one of the few remaining independent Dutch speciality chemicals distributors, concentrating on the Food, Chemicals and Animal Nutrition sectors. Driven by a dynamic and professional team and a personal approach, Interland serves an impressive Principal and Customer base. The current Interland Board and Management team will remain unchanged ensuring continuity for Principals and Customers and they will join Azelis as shareholders.
