Ethics & compliance
At Azelis, we are committed to upholding high standards of ethical conduct across all our activities. Our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and expectations that guide the way we work, helping ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and supporting a safe, respectful, and responsible working environment.
Our Ethics and Compliance framework is supported by a range of policies and procedures covering areas such as anti-bribery and fraud prevention, competition law, export control, and data protection. Together, these policies provide guidance on how to act ethically, identify potential compliance risks, and raise concerns where appropriate.
We encourage employees and third parties to speak up about suspected misconduct or compliance concerns. Our SpeakUp! framework provides secure and confidential reporting channels and supports our commitment to transparency, accountability, and non-retaliation.

Reporting misconduct or concern for external parties
You can address your concern to your normal contact within Azelis or alternatively to the Azelis Integrity Officer below:
- Gerrit De Vos – Group General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer – Gerrit.DeVos@azelis.com
- Karine Parent – Group HR Director - Karine.Parent@azelis.com
In addition - and as a last resort – we have established the Azelis SpeakUp! Line: it is operated by a third party and allows you to anonymously report a misconduct, although we prefer that you provide full contact details to accommodate a possible investigation and increase the efficiency in communication. You can use the SpeakUp! Line if you feel that all other channels are not suited or appropriate. Your report will be treated confidentially, and information will only be shared on a strict need-to-know basis.
