Quimdis has been acquired by Azelis in 2021
In 2021 Azelis acquired Quimdis, a leading French distributor of ingredients for nutraceuticals, flavors & fragrances, animal nutrition, personal care, pharmaceutical and food. The Quimdis teams have merged with Azelis France on June 1, 2023 and are now based together in their offices in Courbevoie.
