Azelis showcases formulation expertise at Lubricant Expo Europe 2026

Azelis, the reference innovation service provider in the speciality chemicals and food ingredients industry, is pleased to announce its participation at Lubricant Expo Europe 2026, taking place from 15 to 17 September in Düsseldorf, Germany. At booth 1260, Azelis will showcase three new formulation concepts developed by its Lubricants & Metalworking Fluids experts, demonstrating how its formulation expertise and portfolio of speciality ingredients help customers address performance and operational challenges.

• Customers can explore three new formulation concepts addressing extreme pressure, antiwear and corrosion protection requirements across lubricants and metalworking fluids.
• Principals benefit from Azelis’s formulation and application expertise, which helps demonstrate ingredient performance in practical concepts for demanding industrial applications.
• Azelis will present three submissions to the inaugural Lubricant Expo Innovation Awards, reflecting its continued focus on formulation development across the lubricants value chain.

The formulations on display include a multifunctional extreme-pressure and antiwear additive package for oils and greases, combining wear protection, oxidation stability, and copper corrosion inhibition. Azelis will also present an extreme pressure and antiwear additive package for greases designed for severe operating conditions, as well as a water-based corrosion inhibitor based on a vegetable-derived film-forming polymer that provides temporary corrosion protection and can be removed with water.

All three concepts have been submitted to the inaugural Lubricant Expo Innovation Awards. Two will compete in the Lubricant Component Innovation of the Year category, while the water-based corrosion inhibitor will compete in the Metalworking & Process Fluid Innovation of the Year category.
