Chris has been leading the MA, US laboratory and technical support team for the past 10 years. He graduated in Chemistry at Rutgers University (US) and has 21 years of experience in chemical distribution. Chris has placed his focus on laboratory support, covering a gamut of diverse challenges over a varied range of applications.

Since late 2013 Chris directs our technical service team in Americas for Lubricants Metal Working Fluids, ensuring smooth collaborations between principals and customers. He is a member of the National Lubricating Grease Institute and STLE (Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineering).

Our philosophy is, take a technical challenge and help make it a commercial success for our customers and principles.

Laboratory Operations Manager, LMWF US

Andrew Melodino is the Laboratory Operations Manager for lubricants metal working fluids, in our Leominster, Massachusetts application lab.

Andrew has over a decade of experience with working on Quality control, Product testing and product formulations.

Andrew was a key player in building the LMWF in Leominster. He is a member of the National Lubricating Grease Institute and STLE ( Society of Tribology and Lubrication and Engineering).

Working to build strong relationships with our principles and customers while supporting our sales team…this is truly rewarding.

Dr. Hatem Baly

Dr. Hatem Baly is a Global Technical Manager for Lubricants & Metalworking Fluids in our Hannover, Germany application lab.​

Hatem has 20 years of experience in the industry and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Ph.D. in the field of tribology/fluids. His key skills lie in the field of lubrication and additives technology and in the wide application spectrum of the automotive, industrial and metalworking industry.​

Hatem is a member of the DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing as a DIN-expert and was previously a convenor of the ISO/TC 28/WG 12 (Test methods for hydraulic fluids and oils) (from 10.2016 – 09.2019). ​

His most recent lecture (2017) was on electromobility and its impact on the lubricants industry. 

I'm very proud that we have started a cooperation with the renowned Institute of Tribology (Lubricants-Science) of the University of Hannover. Through the working of our lab, principals are involved with test machines for common development projects.
