Evy Hellinckx holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. She started her career at Bain & Company where she worked for 10 years focusing on topline growth in B2C and B2B2C industries. She then worked as Strategic Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical, Global Surgery.​

Evy joined Azelis in 2016 as Strategy and Business Development Director, EMEA, and moved to the role of Managing Director for Benelux in September 2021. In 2024, she was appointed CEO EMEA.
