Benoit Fritz joined Azelis in 2010 as Principal Development Director and has since held key leadership roles, including Managing Director for Azelis France for 10 years, and COO Asia Pacific for the past year, where he has successfully brought strategic initiatives to fruition and has strengthened commercial partnerships and advanced talent development across the region.

In September 2025, he was appointed CEO APAC. 

Benoit holds a Master of Advanced Studies from the École Normale Supérieure and a Master of Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris VI), in France, in organic and bio-organic chemistry. His commercial experience spans Safic-Alcan, DuPont-Dow Elastomers, and Dow Wire & Cable.
