Azelis appoints Pamela Antay to lead its Investor Relations function

Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, is delighted to announce that it has appointed Pamela Antay as Senior Vice President, Equity and Credit Relations.

Pamela has more than 20 years of international experience in finance and industry. Pamela joins Azelis from Vesuvius PLC, a global leader in metal flow engineering, where she served as Head of Investor Relations and was responsible for the creation of their investor relations strategy. Prior to this she was Head of Corporate Communication and Investor Relations at Eurofins Scientific, a Euronext-listed life sciences company. Her previous experience also includes more than 10 years in equity research at Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO and KBC Securities. Pamela holds an MSc in International Securities and Investment Banking from the University of Reading, in the UK.

In her new role, Pamela will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer in Azelis, Thijs Bakker, and will be building and maintaining relationships with investors, banks and analysts, assisting them in understanding the Azelis’ business model, long-term strategy, governance and financial performance.
