Azelis, a leading innovative service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, is delighted to announce that it has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Ipek Ozsuer as a non-executive director. Ipek has more than 20 years of significant international business experience in IT and digital solutions roles and her extensive knowledge of the arena will help strengthen Azelis’ digital strategy.
Ipek has held numerous high-profile roles with some of the world’s leading B2C and B2B companies. Having been in senior leadership roles in business intelligence and analytics at Bayer, Ipek currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital Transformation for Enabling Functions. Prior to that, over a 12-year career at Hewlett Packard, Ipek held several high-profile positions focusing on business services, outsourcing, data and analytics. She started her career at Procter & Gamble as a Systems Analyst in 1999.
