Bringing closer to our customers

Following an extensive integration and re-branding project, the new website was launched at the beginning of 2011 to showcase the organisation’s added value capabilities, business strategy, products, structure and financials under a single brand umbrella. Since then we have been working to provide further support to our local markets and are pleased to be able to announce that is now available in 6 additional languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Russian.

As well as improving accessibility, we want to make it easier for customers to contact the right person in Azelis, first time, so have now included appropriate regional contact information on the homepage of each market.

As part of our group-wide digital marketing strategy, we are now able to keep our customers informed of news and developments by email and so are inviting our customers to register their details with us to receive email newsletters.  Further to this, for the Life Sciences markets we operate in, we are pleased to offer customers online access to our product catalogue which includes product detail, specifications and access to our 1000 + formulation database covering all personal care applications including skin care, hair care, decorative cosmetics and sun care.

This invaluable tool for our customers will support their development work and enable them to choose the right product by application, to give a competitive advantage. Registration for both newsletter and online catalogue access is via the ‘Register’ button at the top of the website.
