UBS Group AG reported in its notification dated 19 June 2026, that on 17 June 2026, following a disposal of shares with voting securities and equivalent financial instruments, UBS Group AG (taking into account the holding of all its affiliates), decreased its holdings and crossed downward the lowest threshold of 3.00% in Azelis Group NV. UBS Group AG did not disclose further details on its direct and indirect holdings on 17 June 2026.
