Azelis UK & Ireland was created through a combination of 4 major acquisitions.

Azelis took up business in Morocco in 2015, catering to the Food & Health market. This represented our first investment in Africa. A year later, we expanded the business into the Textile, Personal Care and CASE market segments. in 2018, Azelis acquired Orkila which brought business for many more market segments to Azelis Morocco.

Azelis commenced business in Russia in 2008, first catering to the Food & Nutrion market. Soon after, we expanded business in Personal Care, Plastic Polymers and Coatings.

Azelis entered into the Turkish market by acquiring Tara Kimya in 2007 serving the Coatings, Chemicals and Plastic Additives markets. Azelis Türkiye continued to expand into life sciences and two years later also covered the Food & Nutrition and Personal Care market segments.
